How to prepare for your session.

I want your time here to be a nurturing & peaceful space for you to disconnect from the world. To ensure you feel completely cared for and get the most out of your session,
I’ve shared these gentle guidelines for your preparation, your treatment, and your recovery.

Preparing for Deep Relaxation
A little preparation helps your body transition into a peaceful state:
• Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water 24 hours before your visit.
• Skin Comfort: Avoid shaving on the day of your session to prevent irritation.
• Refresh: A warm shower before you arrive ensures lotions absorb beautifully.
• Arrive Early: Give yourself a few minutes to settle in and share any health updates or allergies with me.

Finding Your Rhythm During the Session
There is no right or wrong way to relax. Whether you fall asleep or need to talk, I am here to support you:
• Breathe Deeply: Focus on your natural breath to quiet your mind.
• Embrace the Calm: Let the soothing music guide you into stillness.
• Open Communication: If you need to chat to clear your mind, please do so.
• Your Feedback Matters: Tell me immediately if you need more or less pressure, or if the room temperature needs adjusting. This is your time to feel perfect.

Nurturing Yourself Afterward
Extend the benefits of your therapy with these simple self-care steps:
• Sip Water: Keep hydrating to help your body process the restorative work.
• Gentle Movement: Try any recommended stretches to keep your muscles supple.
• Embrace Stillness: Schedule a quiet time afterward to enjoy the lingering peace.
• Consistent Care: Regular sessions are the kindest way to maintain your long-term well-being.

It's something you create.

Peace & Balance is not something you find,

Cancellation Policy

Life happens - and I completely understand that! My goal is to provide a peaceful, stress-free experience for every client, and a little communication goes a long way in helping me do that.  Because I can only see a limited number of clients each day, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. My scheduling program will automatically send you a friendly reminder by text and email, so you'll never be caught off guard. Giving advance notice opens that spot for someone else who may really be in need - and I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness!  If advance notice isn't possible, a fee equal to the full session amount may be applied, which would need to be settled before your next visit.

Missed Appointments - If you're unable to make it and I haven't heard from you, the full session fee will be charged.  After two missed appointments, I will not be able to reschedule with you.  Running a Little Late? No worries - just send me a quick text to let me know! Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, I may need to shorten your session slightly to be fair to the next client. The full session rate will still apply, but I'll always do my best to make the most of whatever time we have together.

A Note on What I Do - Massage therapy is a wonderful, helpful profession focused on improving your health and well-being through hands-on care. Please know that while I'm here to support you, massage therapists are not able to diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. If something specific comes up, I'll always be happy to refer you to the right professional and work alongside your physician's guidance.

Getting in Touch - I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to call or text me anytime between 7am and 9pm. I do keep my ringer off during sessions so I can give each client my full, undivided attention - but I check messages in between and will always get back to you. No question is too small, and if I can't help, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.  Wishing you a beautiful, relaxing day - I look forward to seeing you soon!
